This Privacy Policy explains how the Discord application "dev helper bot" handles data.
Data we may process includes Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs, command interactions, configuration values, audit or activity records, and other limited data required for the bot's documented features. Some bot features may temporarily process message content or voice/session events only when needed to provide the requested function.
We use this data to operate the bot, provide server management features, respond to commands, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
We do not sell Discord user data. Data is not shared with third parties except when required to operate hosting, storage, security, legal compliance, or when a user or server owner requests an action that requires sharing.
Data is retained only as long as needed for the bot's functionality, security, logs, backups, or legal obligations. Server owners or affected users can request deletion or correction of data by contacting graficsaw@gmail.com.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect stored data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access and reduce unnecessary retention.
If the bot is removed from a server, related server configuration and operational records may be deleted or anonymized after they are no longer needed for the service.
